The Supreme Court of Ukraine has satisfied the writ of appeal filed by ENGARDE acting on behalf of its client, the natural person and resident of Ukraine. The court has overturned the judgment of the Letychyv District Court and the ruling of the Khmelnytsk Region Court of Appeal, which imposed the 5-year custodial sentence in the car accident claim dispute.
