ENGARDE has successfully represented the defendant in a multimillion lawsuit. On 10 December 2009 the Lugansk Commercial Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal filed by Transbusiness-K LLC on the ruling of the Lugansk Region Commercial Court to leave undecided the statement of claim issued by Transbusiness-K to Lugtsentrokuz CJSC on recovery of approx. UAH 157 million.
The Lugansk Commercial Court of Appeal in its decision stated that before issuing the multimillion hryvnya recovery claim, the plaintiff had to execute the court rulings and provide the original copy of an agreement, claimed to be non-fulfilled, for review during court sittings.
