ENGARDE acted as a Ukrainian legal counsel to Litavio Consulting Ltd, a Cypriot private aviation company, in connection with USD 17 million financing by Merrill Lynch. The loan is provided to finance acquisition of a passenger plane from Jetalliance, an Austrian aviation group of companies, operating in commercial aviation and running business class jets.


ENGARDE team advising on the loan included Senior Partner Andriy Vyshnevsky and Counsel Roman Ognevyuk.
