ENGARDE Attorneys at Law and Incor Alliance Law Office sign cooperation agreement
ENGARDE Attorneys at Law and the international law firm Incor Alliance Law Office signed a cooperation agreement with the aim of strengthening international presence of both companies. Thus, two leading law firms of the Eastern Europe have established a partnership, which will enable them to support each other in complex transborder projects.
ENGARDE and Incor Alliance Law Office have successfully worked together on a number of important cases for both Russian and Ukrainian clients. The cooperation will focus on best service for clients in the CIS on Corporate/ M&A, Litigation, Intellectual Property and Tax legal issues.
